Cox, M. Carolyn

Hugh Peterson III, specializes in business litigation primarily representing defendants in various types of lawsuits. He has successfully represented clients in numerous litigation matters involving banking, corporate and business issues in State and Federal Courts. Hugh has represented various banks and financial institutions throughout South East Georgia for the past four years including Altamaha Bank and Trust, Citi-financial, Wachovia, Montgomery Bank and Trust to a name a few.

In 2005, Hugh was selected as a Georgia Super Lawyer "Rising Star" by Law & Politics and Atlanta Magazine. Prior to moving to Vidalia in 2003, Hugh served as Director of Intergovernmental Relations for Georgia Governor Roy E. Barnes.
