Courtright, William M.

Casey Fitch joins the firm from one of the largest defense firms in Southern New Mexico, Holt, Mynatt, Martinez, P.C.While working there, Mr. Fitch practiced civil litigation, representing local municipalities, small business owners, and individual in various tort and contract disputes. Mr. Fitch brings to the firm a myriad of litigation experience in the areas of employment law and contract disputes.

Mr. Fitch also brings with him years of federal clerkship experience. He served David M. Lawson and Thomas L. Luddington, United States District Judges for the Eastern District of Michigan, and Richard C. Tallman, Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Fitch was born in Albuquerque and raised in Socorro, New Mexico. His father was a well-known New Mexico state judge. He lives in El Paso, Texas with his beautiful wife, Mia. He speaks German and Bulgarian.
