Costello, Ryan A.

Erin's practice focuses on civil litigation. She has substantial experience advising clients engaged in transactions facing potential antitrust litigation from the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, or various state attorneys general. Her practice also includes international cartel investigations and class action litigation. Since joining the Firm, Erin has represented clients in a variety of industries, including chemical, retail, and health care.

She coauthored a chapter entitled "M&A Transaction Planning: Premerger Coordination, Gun Jumping and Other Related Issues" in the Practising Law Institute's Mergers and Acquisitions 2006: What You Need to Know.
