Rebecca's primary areas of practice are immigration law and business law. She comes to Bull & Davies from her firm, RJ Payo Law where she worked where she represented clients for green card applications, deportation defense, claims for asylum, and nationalization applications. Rebecca also drafted and reviewed contracts, conducted negotiations, advised in business development, and executed the formation and maintenance of corporations and limited liability companies. This diversity of practice areas allows Rebecca to approach legal issues in an effective and innovative manner, while striving for the best results for her clients whether it be in deportation defense or drafting a contract. Prior to opening her practice, Rebecca received her LL.M. in Transnational Business from McGeorge School of Law. During her coursework, she studied EU Law at the University of Salzburg, Austria, then she completed an internship in the corporate litigation department at Loyens & Loeff, a large international law firm based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Rebecca speaks Spanish and French.
