Curt Connors focuses his civil trial practice in environmental, land use, business, insurance defense and consumer protection litigation. Mr. Connors’ environmental and land use experience includes Superfund and Chapter 21E hazardous waste litigation, enforcement defense, town counsel representation, wetlands protection and zoning permitting and litigation. He has particular experience litigating complex environmental matters, including successfully managing PRP Group litigations against recalcitrant parties. He came to Giarrusso, Norton, Cooley & McGlone in 2004 from a Cambridge environmental firm with earlier experience as counsel to a national corporation.
