Mark Farroni practices in product liability and workplace exposure defense and has substantial experience in the defense of complex, multicase product liability and workplace exposure litigation. His practice focuses on discovery matters, including electronic discovery, and trial support in multijurisdictional litigation.

For years Mark has been part of the Firm's team representing IBM in workplace exposure actions and Wyeth in product liability actions throughout the country. These actions have involved a wide variety of product liability and intentional tort claims, including claims for failure to warn, design defect, manufacturing defect, and fraudulent misrepresentation.

He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
