His practice is focused in real estate and commercial litigation, with eight years of professional experience in corporate financial management. In this capacity, he has managed the global revenue forecasting process for a biotechnology firm, and analyzed strategic partnerships and identified contract issues for a global internet services and search engine company.
Mr. Faul’s representative experience:
- Serve multi-national clients in a broad range of real estate litigation matters including foreclosures, alternative work-out arrangements, eminent domain actions, contract and construction disputes, mechanic’s liens, real estate development disputes, and contract negotiation
- Acted as lead trial counsel for lenders and special servicers in successful foreclosure actions concerning more than $50 million in commercial property; drafted all pleadings, motions and orders; first chaired all court appearances, including summary judgment hearings and receivership hearings
- Represented multi-national oil and gas company in 25 separate eminent domain actions in Missouri and Kansas; successfully obtained pipeline easements upon 40+ parcels of land; first chaired condemnation authority hearings and valuation hearings
- Represented, as lead counsel, medical group in purchase of $1.6 million medical office condominium suite
