Experience includes the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases for shopping centers, office buildings, apartment complexes and warehouse/industrial properties for local, national, institutional and telecommunications industry clients. Experience includes drafting and review of leases and easements for cellular telephone companies, and cell site and antenna leases for property owners, long-term ground leases, build-to-suit transactions, office and retail leases, together with related guarantees, estoppel certificates, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, subleases, lease assignments and assumptions, and property management agreements. Additional experience includes acquisitions, sales, sale-leaseback transactions, loan transactions and general real estate matters.
