Leslie Cohen joined the firm in 1975 as its first female associate and, subsequently, partner. As a partner at the firm, she concentrates her practice on the areas of general civil litigation, with an emphasis on the investigation and litigation of complex commercial and insurance disputes. Ms. Cohen has represented a wide array of clients in civil suits across the nation, in both federal and state courts, at both the trial court and appellate levels, and has served in an advisory capacity to lawyers in other law firms handling complex litigation. The subject matters have included securities, insurance, general commercial law and antitrust.
