Cohen, Samuel E.

Cynthia Palmer is a partner with the firm. Cynthia is well versed in traditional litigation as well as collaborative law and mediation as alternative solutions for resolution of disputes. Her primary practice area is family law, including child custody modification and enforcement and divorce.

She received her Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University. Cynthia received her law degree from South Texas College of Law, where she was active in Aggie Law Students, Christian Legal Society and the Student Bar Association.

Prior to joining the firm, Cynthia was a prosecutor with Collin County representing Child Protective Services. She also worked as a law clerk for Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP - Dallas in the Real Estate and Transactional Section.

Cynthia is a former Director of the Collin County Young Lawyer Association. She is a member of the family law sections of the American Bar Association, The State Bar of Texas and The Dallas Bar Association; Collin County Bar Association; Collin County Young Lawyer Association; Texas Young Lawyer Association; and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers where she serves on the Barristers for Babies committee.

Cynthia is the single mother of a wonderful daughter and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Rockwall.
