Darrin L. Emerick is the Chief Personnel Officer for Perkins Coie. He is responsible for the firm's human resources department including oversight and supervision of human resources policies and procedures, employee relations, payroll, benefits, staff compensation management, legal and staff recruiting and selection processes, evaluation and professional development programs. Mr. Emerick has over 25 years experience in leading and managing human resources programs, including service with a major multi-specialty health care organization, consulting firm and multi-state banking institution. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management. Mr. Emerick holds a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration.
