Tracy Oley practices primarily in the derivative securities and structured finance areas. She has represented issuers, commercial banks, and investment banks in the structuring of financial products, including collateralized debt obligations, credit-linked notes, principal protected notes, and other types of synthetic securities, and in tax-structured transactions involving multinational corporations and financial institutions. Tracy also has significant experience representing financial institutions as providers of repurchase agreements, forward delivery agreements, escrow reinvestment agreements, and guaranteed investment contracts and has participated in the development of hedge funds designed to invest in municipal securities and related assets (including tender option bond programs). She also works with clients entering into various swap agreements, such as interest rate, total return, and credit default swaps, and provides general corporate advice to numerous clients.
