Jessica is an associate at Kundra & Associates, P.C. She focuses her practice on federal and international taxation matters. She also assists clients in tax controversy cases.
Jessica received her law degree from American University Washington College of Law, where she was an Articles & Critical Essays Editor for the American University International Law Review. She received her LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. At Georgetown, she served as a research assistant for a professor of international taxation, where she assisted in a wide range of international corporate taxation research. She was also a member of the team chosen to represent Georgetown Law at an academic international taxation conference. In her free time she volunteers for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program in Washington, DC.
Jessica has reading, writing, and speaking proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, and speaks Cantonese Chinese. She is licensed in Maryland.
