Chantelle Egan's litigation practice encompasses a wide range of legal issues, including complex business contracts and torts, insurance recovery, bankruptcy, and employee benefits. She has experience in all aspects of discovery, as well as motion and appellate practice in state and federal courts. Chantelle recently served on a trial team defending criminal conspiracy and wire fraud charges in the Northern District of California and will soon return to trial in an ERISA matter in federal court.
