Chasanoff, Stuart J.

Sophia Chang practices corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate governance. Sophia has represented clients in a variety of industries, including technology, building products, health care, and manufacturing.

Sophia has completed and obtained certificates in mediation from the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center and also completed negotiation training with the Harvard Program on Negotiation and Dispute Resolution. She is accomplished in resolving cross-cultural and intergroup disputes.

Sophia is a commissioner for the West Los Angeles Area Planning Commission and is a member of the LACBA Committee on Diversity in the Profession. She previously served as a co-chair of the board of directors for the Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center.
