Michelle Cecilia is an associate in our corporate department. She focuses her practice on the drafting of drilling and division order title opinions. Ms. Cecilia represents oil and gas operators in exploration and production issues. Her experience includes the review of oil and gas leases, title standards, statutes, and case law as it relates to clients' interests and needs. She focuses her practice on the drafting of division order title opinions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cecilia worked as a landman in California, North Dakota, Montana and Oklahoma. Ms. Cecilia has prepared ownership reports for clients for both drilling and acquisition purposes and has extensive experience preparing due diligence reports for client acquisition prospects.
