Kwan Chan's practice focuses on patent litigation in a wide range of technology areas such as Internet security, semiconductor devices, database management, and electronic circuits.

Kwan's recent experiences include defending an industry leading Internet security company in a patent infringement suit and simultaneously enforcing patent rights in a separate action.

Prior to attending law school, Kwan prosecuted patents as a patent agent in technology areas that included semiconductor fabrication, integrated circuits, analog circuits, computer networking, image processing, and data encryption.
