Richard Celler was the founding partner of the Celler Legal Group in December 2004. After working with Morgan and Morgan in their Employment division he merged with them in January 2007. Mr. Celler formerly worked for the international law firms of Morgan Lewis and Bockius LLP, and Steel Hector and Davis LLP where he represented Fortune 100 companies in single plaintiff and class action overtime, minimum wage, and other wage and hour litigation. After having gained the experience and mentality of a wage and hour defense attorney, Mr. Celler began litigating these claims on behalf of employees whose overtime, final paychecks, and other wages were wrongfully withheld from them. He currently litigates hundreds of these claims per year on behalf of such employees. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Celler is a highly respected lecturer on topics pertaining to wage and hour compliance. Mr. Celler has been featured on Fox News, UPN, USA Today, Tampa Tribune, Saint Petersburg Times, The Daily Business Review, and the South Florida Business Review.
