Darrell Caudill joined the firm in 1996, after serving for a number of years as clerk to the Honorable C. Michael Roach, Superior Court of Cherokee County, who left the firm when he was appointed to the bench. Since joining the firm, Darrell has engaged in a general litigation practice. Much of Darrell's work focuses in the areas of municipal and government law, and family and domestic law. Darrell's governmental work includes serving as attorney for the City of Ball Ground, as well as representation of the Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority Cherokee County Schools.
He is frequently appointed by the Cherokee County Superior and Juvenile courts as a guardian, and serves as an effective and diligent advocate for minors. Darrell is frequently called on by government bodies and public agencies to serve in a judicial or quasi-judicial capacity, including service as City Judge for the City of Holly Springs, school district hearing officer and court-appointed special master. In addition, Darrell has been a member of the Cherokee County Board of Tax Assessors since 1997.
