Cerchione, Gregory T.

Mr. Catto is a partner in the Litigation Department.  He primarily focuses his practice on the defense of construction, product liability, professional liability and general liability litigation on behalf of corporations, individuals and insurance companies. 

Mr. Catto has extensive trial and appellant experience in both the Pennsylvania Federal and State Courts.  He has been lead counsel on a large number of matters in each of these Courts representing both corporate clients and individuals.  In addition to trials, Mr. Catto has successfully resolved a large number of  matters through the use of mediation, elective mediation, elective arbitration and Court mandated arbitration. 

Mr. Catto received his B.A. from Temple University in 1991 and his J.D. in 1994 from the Temple University School of Law.  Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Mr. Catto is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court  for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.  He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel and the Lawyers Club of Philadelphia.  Mr. Catto has successfully completed the intensive Trial Advocacy Program, Building Trial Skills, conducted by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA).
