Mr. Cefo is a graduate of Ohio State University Law School and Ohio State University, where he received his B.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering cum laude and was a member of an OSU National Robotics Team that won first place at the 4th Annual Autonomous Ground Vehicle Robotics Competition. He formerly practiced with the firm of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, where his focus was patent litigation, patent prosecution, and patent portfolio evaluation in the areas of computer hardware and software, electronic and electromechanical devices, and MPEG video compression arts. Mr. Cefo also has experience in the prosecution of copyrights and trademarks. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
