EXPERIENCE
Anthony Castelli has courtroom experience in front of juries, having tried 25 civil jury cases. He has handled thousands of cases ranging from the auto accident "whiplash" injury to auto accident and product liability wrongful death claims.
EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND
Anthony Castelli received a BS in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati in 1973. He worked on the streets of Cincinnati as a social worker helping abused and neglected children until he followed his dream of going to law school in 1976 at Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law, receiving his JD from there in 1981. Anthony Castelli went to law school in the evenings while working as a law clerk during the day for the firm in which he eventually became a Partner. The firm disbanded in 1998 due to the heart attack of one of the Partners. Mr. Castelli then started his own law firm as a solo practitioner.
PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
Anthony Castelli is a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Ohio State Bar Association, the South west ohio Trial Lawyers, the Cincinnati Bar Association and the National Association For Social Security Claimants. He is Board Certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in the field of Ohio Workers' Compensation law. He was admitted as an attorney in Ohio in 1981.
RATING
Mr. Castelli has the highest rating (an AV rating) from the Martindale-Hubbell Company, which rates lawyers nationally.
TEACHING
Anthony Castelli has taught Continuing Legal Education classes for attorneys in the areas of Evidence in Trial Practice and Trial of Personal Injury Case.
FAMILY AND COMMUNITY
The two most important things in Anthony's life are his family and his clients, in that order. However, his wife Victoria, with much love and respect, may say his clients come first, given the many dinners that she has prepared that have been left sitting while Anthony answered just one more phone call before coming home for the evening.
Anthony is active in the community coaching boys basketball for St. Elizabeth Ann Seton and St. Andrew's grade schools. He also teaches introduction to basketball to first and second grade boys and girls. Anthony gives talks on the law to local area students.
