Ms. Causey's practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, employment, business transaction and victim representation. Prior to starting Causey & Howard, LLC, Ms. Causey was in-house counsel to Amware Logistics Services, LLC, an international logistics company, Traer Creek Development Company, a commercial development company, and Bright Future Foundation, a non-profit organization representing the interests of victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Ms. Causey was also partner with the law firm of Dunn & Causey, LLC. Ms. Causey is currently the town prosecutor for the towns of Vail and Minturn. She has served as an intern for the Judge Advocate General’s Office for the Army in Kaiserslautern, Germany and she has successfully represented the interests of victims for over ten years, including successfully representing the Eagle County Resource Center against Kobe Bryant. Ms. Causey has taught Constitutional Law and Criminal Law for the Colorado Mountain College and has given numerous speeches to young adults and practitioners alike on various aspects of the law.
