The Law Offices of Raymond Cash, P.C. makes it a practice to affiliate with highly experienced attorneys in each practice area of law in which the firm is involved.
Mr. Cash's practice has concentrated in prosecution and defense for his clients in civil and commercial lawsuits, and also in the areas of real estate, matrimonial and landlord/tenant matters. He also has experience in the area of criminal defense.
For the past two years, the Law Offices of Raymond Cash, P.C. has been involved in the representation of one of the defendants in both Turkman v. Ashcroft et. al. and Kurzberg v. Ashcroft et al., two civil cases brought against the Attorney General of the United States, the Directors of the FBI and the INS, as well as numerous other federal officials and employees. These cases are still ongoing and along with the Guantanamo Bay case have received attention in the media because of legal issues stemming from the detention of individuals by the United States government after September 11, 2001.
Attorney Raymond Cash graduated from the Law School of the City University of New York. He is admitted to the New York State Bar, as well as to the Federal courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
