Ross A. Carrozza joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in December 1993 and has devoted his time to defending employers and their carriers in workers' compensation matters. He also handles Federal Black Lung litigation and Medicare Set Asides for the firm.
Throughout his career, Ross has handled over 2,000 workers' compensation cases, establishing a niche in this well-defined area of the law.
Ross is a graduate of the University of Scranton in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Following graduation from college with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, he attended the University of Dayton School of Law, where he completed the requirements for his Juris Doctorate in 1989. Ross then entered in a general practice firm in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, where he was employed from 1989 to 1993. He practiced mainly in Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties, and it was at this time that he started practicing in the area of workers' compensation litigation.
Ross proudly devotes time and effort to the Exeter Civil Service Commission.
