Michael W. Cardamone has successfully represented injured workers across Pennsylvania for eleven years, netting his clients millions of dollars in wage loss and medical benefits. He has worked for Krasno Krasno & Onwudinjo since February 2005 and manages the firm's Blue Bell office. Michael represents injured workers all over Eastern and Central Pennsylvania. He was voted by his peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer- 'Rising Star' on four consecutive occasions- an award which recognizes the top 2.5% of attorneys either practicing for less than ten years or under the age of 40. Michael has a perfect 10 out of 10 score on Avvo Ratings as a result of his dedication to the practice of workers' compensation on behalf of injured workers. Recently, Michael became a faculty member of Lawline.com- and has already produced a Continuing Legal Education Course for other attorneys, called, "Navigating the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Settlement Process". He has spoken at workers' compensation seminars and been published in the Legal Intelligencer. As a result of his pro bono work, he was awarded a medal by the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Michael sets himself apart from other Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Lawyers by listening to his clients carefully, explaining the complexities of the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act by using simple, easy to understand language, and by responding as promptly as possible to clients' calls, letters, or emails. He has developed a reputation for aggressively representing his clients' interests, negotiating fair settlements for injured workers, and fighting hard for his clients in any litigation context. He only uses a cell phone so that his clients and attorneys have easy access to him when he's not in court, a mediation, or deposition. Due to his zealous representation of injured workers, he has generated many cases by way of referrals from former clients. Similarly, Michael is contacted regularly by other attorneys who only dabble in workers' compensation law, for advice or a referral. Michael offers referral fees to other attorneys who send him a case.
Michael's father, Jeremiah J. Cardamone (deceased) was a prominent Montgomery County attorney who successfully fought for the Point Pleasant Pumping Station after years of contentious litigation that drew significant media attention. Michael is proud to carry on that same fighting spirit. Michael fought in kickboxing competitions, completed three marathons, and continues to fight for his clients every day he wakes up. A graduate of St. Joseph's Prep, Boston College, and Villanova Law, and a native of North Wales, PA, Michael has strong ties to the Philadelphia and surrounding community. He resides outside of Philadelphia, is married, and has two children.
Michael is available for free consults 7 days a week. Call 215-206-9068 or email mcardamone@krasno.com If you need an attorney for a case that doesn't involve workers' compensation, Michael will be happy to refer you to a respected colleague for legal guidance.
