Cardello, John Charles

Melainie "Nicki" Cantrell is a long time resident of Anderson County. She attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville as a Whittle Scholar, where she obtained degrees in Biology and Zoology. She studied abroad at the University of Curtin Perth Australia. She received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the George C. Taylor College of Law in 2003. Subsequently, she joined the law firm of Cantrell, Cantrell & Fisher as a full partner.

Nicki Cantrell has received the Tennessee Attorney General's Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and was recognized by the University of Tennessee Legal Clinic in 2003 as the top attorney. She is an active member of the Second Baptist Church in Clinton, Tennessee, and the mother of two children. She is the chief financial officer for the partnership of Cantrell, Cantrell & Fisher.
