During Kevin’s tenure as an Assistant District Attorney for the County of Suffolk from August of 1988 through February of 1992 he gained valuable experience in evaluating criminal cases, reviewing accusatory instruments and conducting various pre-trial hearings and trials as a member of the District Court Bureau and the East End Bureau. His responsibilities also included conferencing cases with defense attorneys, responding to demands for discovery, researching various legal issues and the drafting of pre-trial and post trial motions. Upon leaving the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office, Kevin entered private practice where he concentrated his efforts in defending individuals charged with traffic tickets, DWI and Criminal offenses from arraignment through trial in various criminal courts throughout New York State.
