Howard R. Cabot has extensive trial experience throughout the country in complex and sophisticated business litigation, including business torts, RICO, antitrust, franchise, intellectual property, securities, fraud, tax, actuary and accounting and class actions. His experience extends to state and federal court matters, as well as emergency injunctions, jury and non-jury trials, and appeals. His jury trials have ranged from several days to as long as six months. Howard frequently uses electronics as an advocacy tool in discovery and at trial, including preliminary injunction hearings and administrative hearings. In addition, he has made many electronic courtroom presentations and teaches the use of electronics in trial advocacy at the Sandra Day O'Connor School of Law, Arizona State University.
