Practice

Ms. Byrne’s practice includes internal investigations, securities enforcement defense, trial level litigation, and matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”). She has litigation experience in a variety of areas including general commercial, environmental, aviation and insurance law. Her work with the FCPA involves representation of companies in matters before both the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission, participating in client FCPA training programs, and assisting clients with the development of FCPA training and compliance materials.
