Gayle Bush is a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Ms. Bush primarily focuses her practice on all aspects of patent prosecution, as well as related opinion and agreement matters. She has experience addressing issues related to the protection of intellectual property in various technical fields, including power tools, food processing, material handling and refrigeration systems. Ms. Bush is also experienced with patentability analysis, infringement analysis and patent validity analysis. Her other experience includes patent litigation, trademark prosecution, trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, and related agreement matters.
