Steve is a graduate of Seattle University School of Law with a degree in Economics from the University of Washington. He is licensed to practice law in Washington State and federal courts and is experienced in representing clients in front of regulatory boards and local and state agencies. Steve has over 25 years of experience helping clients successfully start up new businesses, develop and manage real property, negotiate and close real estate and business transactions and protect his clients rights and interests through litigation and private mediation and arbitration. His clients include real estate developers, contractors and property managers and local businesses. In addition to helping his clients organize, finance and sell their business ventures, he represents clients in complex real estate and business transactions through effective negotiation and drafting of agreements and counseling on business strategies and planning.
