Melissa Burkland is an attorney in the Madison Office and is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Burkland has worked on a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters in the areas of commercial litigation, trademark, and patent-related litigation. Ms. Burkland has extensive appellate experience and has personally appeared before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
