John A. Buric, a shareholder at Warner Angle, has a multifaceted practice of law encompassing numerous subject areas, including contracts, construction, business, mobile home/manufactured home community law, recreational vehicle law, consumer law, landlord-tenant, homeowners/community association law, the rental car industry, state administrative proceedings (including the Registrar of Contractors, and Department of Fire, Building and Life Safety), arbitration, mediation, and general corporate and civil litigation.
Since 1988, Mr. Buric has successfully handled hundreds of matters covering an innumerable diversity of legal subjects. Mr. Buric also serves as a Maricopa County Superior Court Civil Judge Pro Tem.
Mr. Buric received his B.A degree, cum laude, from Augustana College, IL, in 1985, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence, with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law, in 1988, where he was a member of the Iowa Law Review. He subsequently served as a law clerk/extern to the Honorable James Duke Cameron, Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court.
Mr. Buric is admitted to practice law in the States of Arizona and Colorado, as well as before the United States District Court of Arizona and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Buric is a skilled, independent mediator. The majority of disputes in which Mr. Buric has served as a mediator have been successfully resolved, bringing the dispute to a conclusion and avoiding further expense for the participants. Mr. Buric is available to serve as a neutral mediator to assist parties in resolving disputes. Mr. Buric is also available to serve as an Arbitrator to promptly and cost effectively resolve disputes.

Mr. Buric also represents individuals and businesses in State administrative proceedings, such as proceedings before the Registrar of Contractors and the Department of Fire, Building and Life Safety.

Mr. Buric represents and advises a variety of businesses on transactions, contracts, negotiations, litigation and day to day business issues. Mr. Buric has been involved in business purchase and sale transactions, franchising, litigating and resolving business disputes, contract and lease drafting, contract disputes, real estate transactions and real estate litigation.

Construction Law
Mr. Buric represents a diverse array of building trades, including general contractors, sub-contractors and material suppliers, providing them with day to day advice, contract assistance, dispute resolution, the defense of construction defect claims and addressing complaints with the Registrar of Contractors. He also represents the owners of homes and other buildings who seek to enforce construction warranties, remedies through the Registrar of Contractors, or who seek appropriate compensation for defective materials or construction practices. Mr. Buric provides sensible advice to contractors and property owners, brings and defends lawsuits, assists in resolving disputes between contractors and property owners, and represents parties in matters before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Mr. Buric is an author of numerous educational articles for the construction industry and presents construction related educational seminars.
Mobile Home/Manufactured Home/ and RV Community Law
For over 20 years Mr. Buric has exclusively advised and represented the owners, developers and professional property managers of residential manufactured home communities and resorts, mobile home communities and recreational vehicle communities and resorts across Arizona on countless matters involving a broad range of state and federal laws, business issues, real estate matters, eminent domain, governmental disputes, contracts, administrative complaints and litigation. Mr. Buric assists these communities and resorts in developing proper documents and business practices to comply with the law, avoid problems and improve the communities. Representing these unique resorts and residential communities requires an assimilation of numerous complex state laws, federal laws and business concepts. Mr. Buric’s clientele includes resorts and communities locally owned and operated, as well as those which are owned by out of state individuals, businesses and REITS who desire high quality legal services.
Mr. Buric also has significant experience representing and defending communities in all aspects of litigation, including administrative actions before the Arizona Department of Fire, Building and Life Safety.
