Burgower, Wendy S.

Kevin B. Burgess earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his law degree from West Virginia University. He is admitted to practice in Federal and State Courts in West Virginia; the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Burgess is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. He has served on the Board of Governors of the West Virginia State Bar. Mr. Burgess has considerable experience in a number of areas of law, but currently his practice focuses on litigation, automobile accidents, and insurance matters.

An avid hunter and target shooter, Kevin is a member of the National Rifle Association and a local gun club. Kevin and his wife Debbie help Kevin's mother and nephew operate KennyBett Farm, where they maintain 21 head of cattle. Sitting atop a knoll providing a scenic view of the New River valley is the timber-frame home Kevin and Debbie built on the family farm. To get away, Kevin and Debbie enjoy traveling abroad.
