Brett Budzinski is a counsel in the Corporate Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2003.

Practice

Mr. Budzinski’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of securities, tender offers and SEC compliance and corporate governance. Mr. Budzinski has also represented companies and investors in venture capital financings.

Mr. Budzinski is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
