Budge, Kevin S.

Drake Buckman, II is a graduate of Florida State University and Stetson University College of Law. He is also a member of the Florida and Sarasota Bar Associations, and a member of the Florida Bar Client Security Trust Fund Committee. He is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts, the United States District Court (Middle District of Florida) and the 11th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.

Drake has devoted his professional life to representing people injured by nursing homes, physicians, corporations and insurance companies.

As a father of three, Drake knows how a serious injury can destroy the stability of a family, and strives to design specific litigation strategies to help protect his clients future.
