Mr. Buckley concentrates his practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, taxation, corporate transactional work, succession planning, and real estate. Mr. Buckley has been involved in estate planning for high net worth individuals and families, business succession planning, the administration of complex estates, resolving IRS disputes regarding contested estates and discounts, and the formation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and tax-exempt organizations. Mr. Buckley has also been involved in public debt and equity issuances, stock redemptions, IRS tax disputes, the acquisition and disposition of business entities, and commercial and residential real estate.
