Alison Bornstein is an associate in the Corporate Department. She joined the firm in 2007.

Practice

Ms. Bornstein has experience advising public and private companies on general corporate and securities law matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate governance.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bornstein was an associate in the private equity group of the corporate department at a New York-based international law firm, where she focused on representing private equity fund sponsors and investors in joint ventures, private equity transactions and venture capital financings. Prior to law school, Ms. Bornstein worked extensively in media communications for companies including Lifetime Television, NBC and Boston Magazine.
