Bronstein, David R.

Mr. Bronstein is counsel in the Litigation Department.  He concentrates his practice on construction defect cases and has defended numerous clients involving litigation areas such as construction accidents, construction defects, motor vehicle, premises liability, and products liability as well as general liability and insurance litigation.

Mr. Bronstein received his B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University in 1991 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1994.  Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Bronstein is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  Mr. Bronstein is a member of the American Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association and the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel, and handles cases through Philadelphia's Volunteer for the Indigent Program (VIP). In 2010 he was selected in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics magazine.
