As a private practitioner, Thomas C. "Tommy" Brittain has been involved in many of the more significant trials, both civil and criminal, in recent South Carolina history. Brittain is Phi Beta Kappa, Wofford College; United States Army, First Calvary Division (Captain). He is a member of the Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference and American Board of Trial Advocates, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and past Chairman of the Wofford College Board of Trustees (2005-2009). He has received Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating. His practice includes criminal law, personal injury, and trials in all courts. Recently, his three children have joined his practice.
