Brigham, Martin K.

Jonathan Brinton is a member of the firm's real estate transactions group. He assists clients with a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate matters including residential and mixed-use condominium projects, planned unit developments, and other common interest communities, construction projects, land use and zoning issues, leasing, sales and acquisitions, and commercial financing.

Mr. Brinton graduated from Harvard University, cum laude, with an A.B. degree in government. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia. He is admitted to practice in Utah state court and the U.S. District Court of Utah.
