As an associate with the firm, Mr. Brino has handled all aspects of no-fault litigation, from inception through trial, including pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions. His no-fault caseload includes litigation based upon the medical necessity of diagnostic testing and physical therapy/treatment, improper billing, and special fraud investigations. He has tried multiple no-fault cases to verdict in the various District Courts and Civil Courts throughout Long Island and New York City.
In addition to his no-fault experience, Mr. Brino has been involved with the firm's municipal and school district liability caseload, focusing on general liability, premises liability, playground accidents, and assaults by fellow students. He has also assisted on complex litigation matters involving nursing home malpractice, police misconduct, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and wrongful death claims.
Mr. Brino graduated as a presidential scholar from the University of Maryland, and he completed his juris doctorate at St. John's University School of Law. During his time at St. John's, Mr. Brino served as the Managing Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. He is admitted to practice in all Courts throughout the State of New York.
