Bricmont, Daniel K.

Rob Breunig advises and represents employers in a broad range of ERISA, labor and employment, and tax matters. Rob was admitted to practice in California in 2012. Rob received his undergraduate degree in History from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, in 2006, and his J.D. and LL.M in Taxation degrees from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2012.

Rob's prior experience includes a year long clerkship with the Wolds Law Group, a summer internship with the California Attorney General, Employment and Administrative Mandate section, a summer clerkship with the Pacific Justice Institute, and work at a variety of private litigation firms. During law school Rob also participated in USD's State Income Tax Clinic, where he advised clients on a variety of California State income tax matters.

Rob is a member of the California Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association.
