Chris Brennan has been exclusively practicing criminal defense law for over ten years. During that time he has handled thousands of cases at the municipal, state and federal levels in both Kansas and Missouri. Chris has spent many years cultivating relationships with judges, prosecutors and court service personnel allowing him to manage cases efficiently and effectively. He believe every one of his clients is entitled to a zealous and aggressive defense and he has won acquittals following numerous jury trials to include State v. Fitzpatrick (Defendant charged with Conspiracy to Commit Murder), State v. Wade (Defendant charged with First Degree Murder) and State v. Walters (Defendant charged with Aggravated Assault). In addition he has secured acquittals following dozens of bench trials for clients charged with driving under the influence, domestic violence, possession/possession with intent, battery, sex offenses and theft, as well as many other criminal offenses. Prior to opening his own firm 4 years ago, Mr. Brennan worked for the Jacoby Law Office as the senior associate and the prestigious law firm Arnold, Newbold, Winter and Jackson where he rose to lead the firm's criminal defense practice. He is a graduate of Kansas University and the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law where he graduated in the top 10 percent of his class.
