Terry J. Brady has extensive trial experience in all state and federal courts. He represents governmental agencies, political subdivisions and corporations before the state legislatures of Missouri and Kansas, the United States Congress, administrative bodies, the executive branch, and municipal and county governments. He represents General Motors Corporation, University of Central Missouri, Platte County, Missouri Sheriff’s Department, and Platte County, Missouri Prosecutor’s Office, and PAS Technologies, Inc. Additionally, he is a former Secretary-Attorney for the Board of Police Commissioners. He has also been appointed a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri. He serves as head Legal Counsel for the Kansas and Missouri Metropolitan Culture District (Bistate) Commission. In 2005, he was appointed by the Governor of Missouri to a four-year term on the Board of Police Commissioners for the City of Kansas City, Missouri where he served as Treasurer, Vice President and President.
