Laura Bramnick grew up in New Jersey and always knew she wanted to be a lawyer. She entered Widener University School of Law immediately after graduation from Lafayette College, in 1974. After graduating from law school and passing both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bar exams in 1977, she worked in a small firm and set up her own law practice two years later. She has always been an advocate. She represented mentally ill patients by advocating for their rights on behalf of the New Jersey Department of the Public Advocate. In her private practice she focused on family law and real estate. When her husband, an emergency medicine physician, was offered a job opportunity in Arizona in 1988, she moved to Scottsdale. She gave birth to triplets in 1990. She took a break from practicing law to care for them. While doing so, she became a real estate investor and became a licensed realtor. In addition, she originated mortgage loans when the market in Arizona took off. When the market crash came in 2008, Laura was in a perfect position to help struggling homeowners. Her current practice is focused on residential and commercial real estate. This includes short sales, loan modifications, foreclosures, debt negotiation after foreclosure, helping clients find creative ways to buy and sell real estate, representing clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, and negotiating and drafting residential and commercial leases.
