Brian earned his J.D. Degree from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law in 2004. Mr. Boyd then continued his education at Georgetown University where he earned an advanced law degree in Taxation. Mr. Boyd soon joined Ernst & Young, LLP in their corporate tax department in McLean, VA, where he worked on Corporate Taxation issues for Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Boyd then returned to Tennessee to practice law. He joined a law firm in Nashville, TN where he broadened his practice to focus on business and corporate law, estate planning, probate, tax matters and real estate. Mr. Boyd believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues.
In 2008, Mr. Boyd founded his own law office. Since then, Mr. Boyd has represented clients in State and Federal Courts with issues ranging from Federal Tax probes to post divorce custody matters. Mr. Boyd is dedicated to helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.
