Barry Boughman, was born in Yuma, Colorado, on December 3, 1958. Admitted: Mr. Boughman was admitted to the bar of the State of Colorado in 1984. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Education: Mr. Boughman received his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1984. He received a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from the University of Northern Colorado in 1980. Prior to joining Feder Law Firm, Mr. Boughman was a Member of the Law firm of Martin & McAllister, P.C.; Martin, McAllister & Murphy, P.C.; and McAllister & Murphy P.C. in Denver, Colorado from 1988 to 2001. Mr. Boughman served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Colorado, in Denver, Colorado from 1986 to 1988; and he also served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael R. Enwall, District Court Judge for the 20th Judicial District in Boulder, Colorado from 1984 to 1985.
