David is an experienced litigator, having tried over 40 cases and handled numerous appeals to both state and federal courts. However, the overwhelming majority of the cases he has handled have settled before trial, generally on favorable terms. David is experienced in defending construction defect claims and prosecuting contractor claims for payment against both private and public entities. He obtains favorable results through hard work and a high level of attention to detail, yet does so in a cost-efficient and client-conscious manner. David excels in both legal scholarship and creative problem solving. He lives in Burlington with his wife and three children. When he has any free time he enjoys studying language, history, and classical guitar.
